矿用炮泥码垛设备的设计

摘要 针对传统矿用炮泥码垛工作存在工人劳动强度大、工作效率低、自动化水平低的问题,以减人增效、自动化、现代化的生产需求为导向,设计了一种自动化程度较高且结构简单易操作易维护的自动切料码垛设备。介绍了该设备的具体结构,分析了该设备的工作过程,解决了各机构间的相互配合协作问题,并设计了一些关键部件的具体技术参数与结构尺寸。应用该设备不仅可实现快速安全平稳码垛,而且用人量少,生产效率高,促进了炮泥码垛工作的降本增效。 Aiming at the problems of high labour intensity of workers, low efficiency and low automation level in the traditional palletizing work of mining gun clay, a kind of automatic cutting and palletizing equipment with high automation degree and simple structure, easy operation and maintenance is designed with the demand of modernization of production in order to reduce manpower and increase efficiency. The specific structure of the equipment is introduced, the working process of the equipment is analysed, the problem of coordination between the mechanisms is solved, and the specific technical parameters and structural dimensions of some key components are designed.
