摘要 为进一步提升煤矿生产的效率和可靠性,以调度绞车为研究对象,根据《煤炭安全规程》的相关规定完成调度绞车的总体设计,重点对调度绞车的电动机、钢丝绳、卷筒等进行选型,对制动系统的制动盘、增压缸等部件的参数进行设计。对所设计的调度绞车制动系统的响应性能和制动力进行验证,得出满足调度绞车制动要求的结论。 In order to further improve the efficiency and reliability of coal mine production, a series of studies were carried out on the dispatching winch as an example. The overall design of the dispatching winch is completed according to the relevant provisions of the Coal Safety Regulations, with emphasis on the selection and design of the motor, wire rope and reel of the dispatching winch, and the design of the parameters of the brake disc, booster cylinder and other components of the braking system. Finally, the response performance and braking force of the designed dispatching winch braking system are verified, and conclusions are drawn to meet the braking requirements of the dispatching winch.
