摘要
基于视觉方法估计传送带上的煤炭颗粒尺寸范围以及边缘检测算法,目标是探索使用图像分析来量化不同煤样在传送带上的模型,模拟煤炭尺寸在不同条件下出现的细粒数量(<6 mm)。通过图像分析确定细粒质量分数有可能以小于10%的误差进行预测,研究成果可为带式输送机运煤技术的分析研究提供依据。
Based on a vision-based approach to estimate the range of coal particle sizes on the conveyor belt and an edge detection algorithm, the objective was to explore the use of image analysis to quantify the number of fines(< 6mm) that occur under different conditions for different coal samples modeled on the conveyor belt. The image analysis was used to determine that the fines mass fraction could potentially be predicted with an error of less than 10%, and the results of the research provide a basis for analytical studies of belt conveyor coal transport technology.
