煤矿掘进机外喷喷嘴组合形式的结构性能分析

摘要 为研究外喷喷嘴组合对雾化叠加区雾滴尺寸的影响,根据不同的喷嘴组合、喷雾压力和射流轴向距离,采用FLUENT软件模拟雾化叠加区雾滴尺寸。根据不同喷头的组合,采用单喷头和5喷头的组合方式,选择最优喷头组合。结合喷嘴、喷雾压力和射流轴向距离,分析了雾化叠加区雾滴粒径的变化趋势。结果表明,喷雾组合对提高雾化效果有明显效果。该实验研究对掘进机结构优化研究具有重要意义。 To study the influence of external spray nozzle combination on the droplet size of atomization superposition area, FLUENT software was used to simulate the droplet size of atomization superposition area according to different nozzle combinations, spray pressure and axial distance of jet. According to the combination of different nozzles, single nozzle and 5 nozzles were used to select the optimal nozzle combination. Combining nozzle, spray pressure and axial distance of the jet, the trend of fog droplet size in the atomization superposition area was analyzed. The results show that the spray combination has a significant effect on improving the atomization effect.The experimental study is of great significance to the research of structure optimization of roadheader.
