矿井采煤机作业过程中的载荷特性分析

摘要 根据矿井采煤机的开采工况,在煤岩截割试验台上进行了一系列不同形式截齿截割煤层的试验。通过对不同抗压强度截齿截割岩石的截割力-时间信号的幅值域分析,发现采煤机截齿截割岩石与均匀煤层之间的力增量随着断层与煤之间的抗压强度差的增大而线性增大,且抗压强度越大,载荷波动越大。对不同位置煤岩界面的截齿截割煤层信号的幅值域分析表明,截齿截割煤层中部煤岩界面的力增量最大,而截齿截割顶部和底部煤岩界面的力增量较小。该研究成果可为掌握采煤机的载荷变化特性及振动性能提供了重要参考。 According to the mining conditions of the coal mining machine, a series of tests on the coal rock cutting test bench were carried out to cut the coal seam with different forms of cut-off teeth. Through the analysis of the amplitude domain of the cut-off force-time signals of rock cut-off by cut-off teeth with different compressive strengths, it was found that the force increment between rock cut-off and uniform coal seam by coal miner cut-off teeth increased linearly with the increase of the difference of compressive strength between the fault and the coal, and the larger the compressive strength, the larger the load fluctuation. The analysis of the amplitude domain of the signal of the coal seam cut by the cutter teeth at different coal rock interfaces shows that the force increment of the coal rock interface at the middle of the seam is the largest, while the force increment of the coal rock interface at the top and bottom of the seam is smaller. The research results provide an important reference for understanding the load variation characteristics and vibration performance of coal miners.
