摘要
为了保障重型滚筒在带式输送机运行过程中的安全可靠性,对重型滚筒的结构进行研究分析,采用有限元仿真的形式,对重型滚筒进行建模,对其筒体及焊缝的应力进行分析。结果表明,滚筒及焊缝所受到的应力均满足使用要求。
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of heavy-duty pulleys in the operation of belt conveyors, the structure of heavy-duty pulleys was studied and analysed, using finite element simulation to model the heavy-duty pulleys and analyse the stresses on their barrels and welds. The results show that the stresses applied to the drum and the weld seam meet the requirements for use.
