选煤厂振动筛支架结构减振技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决选煤厂振动筛振动所导致的支架结构振动严重威胁设备安全运行和人员人身健康的问题,在设计振动支架振动测试方案的基础上,对3种不同工况下的振动特性进行测试分析;基于上述研究成果并结合减振的相关理论知识设计了2种减振的方案,并对方案实施后的效果进行验证。结果表明,本次改造的有效性较强,可为今后间接提升选煤厂的生产能力和安全性奠定基础。 In order to solve the problem that the vibration of the bracket structure caused by the vibration of the coal processing plant vibrating screen seriously threatens the safe operation of the equipment and the personal health of the personnel, on the basis of designing the vibration test program of the vibrating bracket, the vibration characteristics under three different working conditions are tested and analyzed;based on the above research results and combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of vibration damping, two vibration damping programs are designed, and the effect of the program after implementation is verified. The effectiveness of this modification is fully illustrated, and the foundation is laid for indirectly improving the production capacity and safety of coal processing plant in the future.
