摘要
为解决当前综采工作面液压支架初撑力、支护强度等支护参数不满足实际生产需求的问题,以灵泉矿3号煤层所属工作面为研究对象,在对其工作面地质条件分析的基础上对液压支架的工作现状进行分析,并基于数值模拟手段确定了液压支架的支护强度,以及理论计算确定了液压支架的工作阻力。
In order to solve the current problem that the support parameters such as initial support force and support strength of hydraulic bracket at the header working face do not meet the actual production demand, a series of studies are carried out on the working face belonging to No. 3 coal seam as an example, and the working status of the hydraulic bracket is analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the geological conditions of its working face, the support strength of the hydraulic bracket is determined based on numerical simulation means,and the working resistance of the hydraulic bracket is determined based on theoretical calculation The working resistance of the hydraulic support is determined based on theoretical calculations.
