摘要
为了研究普通铣床零件加工表面粗糙度的影响因素,在相同的铣床机切削条件下,将毛坯进给速度、主轴转动速度和切削深度3个主要因素作为试验对象,采用正交实验法进行对比试验,计算不同条件下的零件表面粗糙度,并分析数据结果。结果表明,随着主轴转速和进给速度的提升,零件表面粗糙度在变小达到最小值后再逐步变大,总体呈增大趋势,其中3种因素影响力的排序是切削深度>主轴转速>进给速度。
In order to study the influencing factors of surface roughness of general milling machine parts machining, three main factors of blank feeding speed, spindle rotation speed and depth of cut were used as test objects under the same milling machine cutting conditions,and the orthogonal experimental method was used to conduct comparative tests to calculate the surface roughness of parts under different conditions and analyze the data results. The results show that with the increase of spindle speed and feed speed, the surface roughness of the part becomes smaller to reach the peak and then gradually becomes larger, and the overall trend is increasing, among which, the ranking of the influence of the three factors is depth of cut > spindle speed > feed speed.
