摘要
利用Ansys软件对ZF3700/16/26型液压支架底座进行受力分析,发现最大应力值远低于材料的许用应力值,结构上存在严重的冗余现象。以耳板、柱窝和垫块结构尺寸为优化对象,以底座重量为优化目标,利用Ansys软件开展优化改进工作,优化后底座整体质量降低了19.53%。将优化后的底座结构部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场应用发现整体运行良好。底座结构的成功优化使得对应的加工成本降低了19.53%,取得良好的经济效益。
The force analysis of ZF3700/16/26 hydraulic bracket base using Ansys software found that the maximum stress value was much lower than the permissible stress value of the material and there was serious redundancy in the structure. Taking the size of the trunnion plate, column nest and pad structure as the optimization object and the weight of the base as the optimization target, the optimization and improvement work was carried out by using Ansys software, and the overall weight of the base was reduced by 19.53% after optimization.The optimized base structure was deployed in the coal mine engineering practice and was found to work well in the field. The successful optimization of the base structure resulted in a 19.53% reduction of the corresponding processing cost and achieved good economic benefits.
