摘要
针对后级叶片安装角对轴流通风机性能的影响,采用流体力学仿真的形式进行建模分析。选定后级叶片的安装角变化范围为±3°,对轴流通风机建立计算域模型,并对风机的静压效率及静压值进行模拟分析。结果表明,较小的后级叶片安装角适合于小流量的工况,较大的后级叶片安装角有利于提高轴流通风机高效运行的范围,适用于多工况的应用。
The influence of the rear stage blade installation angle on the performance of axial flow ventilators was modelled and analysed using hydrodynamic simulation. The installation angle of the rear stage blades was selected to vary within ±3°, and a computational domain model was established for the axial flow ventilator, and the static pressure efficiency and static pressure values of the fan were simulated and analysed. The results show that a smaller rear-stage blade mounting angle is suitable for small flow conditions and a larger rear-stage blade mounting angle is beneficial for improving the range of efficient operation of the axial ventilator and is suitable for multi-conditions applications.
