掘进巷道过高冒区支护技术优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为保障掘进巷道安全顺利把通过高冒区,以晋能控股集团寺河矿东井区北胶带巷为研究对象,其通过F5断层时,巷道顶板发生了局部冒漏所产生的高冒区,引发原顶板支护失效现象,分析了遇到高冒区后原巷道支护暴露出的主要支护问题,通过在高冒区锚索补强、架设π型钢梁架棚、使用板梁打设“井”字型木垛接顶,并喷浆护表等措施进行强化联合支护。实践表明,采用新的支护技术后,高冒区顶板整体稳定性明显提高,高冒区不再发生顶板冒漏问题,应用效果显著,可为类似工况下的巷道高冒区支护提供参考。 In order to ensure the safe and smooth passage of the dugway through the high riser zone, the project profile of the high riser zone caused by the local leakage of the roof plate of the dugway when passing the F5 fault in the north tape lane of the east shaft area of Sizhe mine of Jinneng Holding Group is taken as an example. By strengthening the joint support through anchor cable reinforcement in the high risk area, erecting π-type steel beam scaffold, using plate beam to build "well" type wooden stack to connect the roof, and spraying slurry to protect the table, the overall stability of the roof plate in the high risk area is obviously improved, and the problem of roof leakage no longer occurs in the high risk area, the application effect is remarkable, which can provide reference for the support of high risk area in similar working conditions after optimization.
