摘要
以山西某矿3506运输巷为研究对象,针对煤层特点提出综合使用喷雾除尘、长压短抽除尘技术,并依据现场实际情况对综合除尘技术方案进行设计。通过喷雾除尘降低产尘点粉尘产生量并抑制粉尘外溢;采用长压短抽除尘技术,对迎头含高浓度粉尘气体进行净化,改善掘进迎头环境质量,同时采用的除尘风机由于具有多个吸风口,迎头除尘效率更高。经现场应用后,掘进迎头全尘、呼吸性粉尘浓度降幅超过89.2%、82.3%,为综掘巷道高效掘进创造了良好条件。
Taking the 3506 transport road of a mine in Shanxi Province as the research object, we propose the integrated use of spray dust removal and long pressure and short extraction dust removal technology according to the characteristics of coal seam, and design the integrated dust removal technology plan according to the actual situation on site. Through spray dust removal to reduce the amount of dust generated at the dust production point and suppress dust spillage;using long pressure and short extraction dust removal technology to purify the high concentration of dust gas at the headway and improve the environmental quality of the digging headway, while using dust fans with multiple suction outlets, the headway dust removal efficiency is higher. After field application, the reduction of full dust and respiratory dust concentration in the road head is more than 89.2% and 82.3%, which creates good conditions for efficient excavation of the comprehensive roadway.
