摘要 针对矿用带式输送机输送带易磨损,且输送带型号较多,存在维修采购管理难的问题,分析了几种常见输送带的材料情况并进行了对比分析,统一规范了输送带的选型;对导料槽结构进行了改进优化,设计出了一种非接触式导料槽。实践表明,新导料槽很好地解决了因导料槽挡板摩擦引发的输送带破损以及不易更换输送带的问题,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益。 Aiming at the problem that the conveyor belt of mining belt conveyor is easy to wear, and there are many models of conveyor belt, and it is not easy to manage the maintenance procurement, the material situation of several common conveyor belts is analyzed, and their comparative analysis is made, and the selection type of conveyor belt is unified and standardized, and the current problem that the conveyor guide chute is easy to wear the conveyor belt is improved and optimized, and a non-contact guide chute is designed. It has solved the problems of belt breakage and belt replacement caused by the friction of guide chute baffle, and achieved good economic and safety benefits.
