摘要
针对矿用电铲现用开斗系统存在的可靠性低、耗能大、钢丝绳寿命短等问题,基于电铲开斗动作原理与控制系统原理,通过装设变流器装置以及机械传力装置等改进优化了开斗装置,进一步提高了电铲开斗系统运行的可靠性,降低了电铲开斗系统能耗,延长了电铲开斗系统钢丝绳运行寿命,取得了较好的应用效果,有效避免了矿用电铲由于开斗不正常、钢丝绳断裂等问题存在的突发事故,更好地保障了电铲的安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of low reliability, high energy consumption and short wire rope life of the existing bucket opening system of mine electric shovel, the bucket opening device is improved and optimized based on the principle of bucket opening action and control system, and the reliability of the bucket opening system is further improved, the energy consumption of the bucket opening system is reduced and the wire rope life of the bucket opening system is prolonged through the installation of converter device and mechanical force transmission device. It has achieved better application effect and effectively avoided the sudden accidents of mining shovel due to irregular bucket opening and wire rope breakage, and better guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the shovel.
