摘要
针对矿井地面布置的4台空压机独立运行时存在无法集中远程监控、自动化程度低以及用人多等问题,基于PLC提出一种自动化控制系统。现场应用实践表明,该自动化控制系统可实现空压机运行自动化控制,不仅可提高空压机工作效率,而且可减少空压机能耗,表现出较好应用成果。
An automatic control system based on PLC is proposed for the independent operation of four air compressors on the mine floor,which cannot be monitored centrally and remotely, has a low degree of automation and uses many people. The field application of this automatic control system shows that the automatic control system can realize the automatic control of air compressor operation, which can not only improve the efficiency of air compressor but also reduce the energy consumption of air compressor, showing good application results.
