摘要
为改善选煤厂压滤机司机工作环境、提升职业健康水平,设计快开隔膜压滤机集中控制系统。重点分析了压滤机集中控制系统组成、通信设计、地址映射设计以及画面设计,并在东曲选煤厂完成工业试验。结果表明,基于该压滤机集中控制系统,压滤机司机可完成远程自动/手动控制,在保证压滤机稳定、安全和高效运行的前提下缩短压滤周期、提升单台压滤机矿浆处理能力、提高矿浆压榨效率,具有较好的社会经济价值。
In order to improve the working environment and occupational health of the filter press driver in the coal processing plant, a centralized control system for the quick-opening diaphragm filter press was designed. The focus is on the analysis of the centralized filter press control system composition, communication design, address mapping design and screen design, and the completion of industrial trials in the Dongqu coal processing plant. The test results show that based on this centralized filter press control system, the filter press driver can complete the remote automatic/manual control, shorten the filter press cycle, increase the slurry processing capacity of a single filter press and improve the slurry pressing efficiency while ensuring the stable, safe and efficient operation of the filter press, which has a good socio-economic value.
