矿用猴车自动控制系统的设计与应用分析

摘要 针对当前猴车运行控制系统存在自动化程度偏低、安全稳定性不高的问题,基于猴车主要结构与控制系统设计要求,设计了一种以PLC控制器为基础的猴车控制系统。介绍了该系统的总体结构,设计了系统的硬件部分与软件部分,并分析了系统可实现的主要功能。应用结果表明:该猴车自动控制系统易操作、易维护,运行安全稳定,有助于更好地保障猴车安全高效运行。 Aiming at the problems of low automation and low safety stability of the current monkey car operation control system, a PLC controller-based monkey car control system is designed based on the main structure of the monkey car and the design requirements of the control system, the overall structure of the system is introduced, the hardware and software parts of the system are designed, and the main functions that can be realized by the system are analyzed, and the application results show that the monkey car The application results show that the automatic control system is easy to operate, easy to maintain, safe and stable in operation, and helps to better ensure the safe and efficient operation of the monkey car.
