摘要 针对立井摩擦式提升机尾绳运行工况复杂,易出现尾绳与分绳梁严重摩擦,出现断丝或扭曲现象,严重威胁提升机安全稳定运行的问题,基于立井摩擦式提升机运行工况,设计了提升机尾绳与分绳梁摩擦安全监测系统,以实时监控提升机尾绳运行情况。经应用测试表明,该系统能准确地监测提升机尾绳位置状态,有效防治尾绳与分绳梁严重摩擦现象,且系统运行稳定可靠,取得较好的应用效果。 For the complex operating conditions of vertical shaft friction hoist tail rope, easy to wear, broken wire or twisted serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the hoist, in order to better ensure the safe and stable operation of vertical shaft friction hoist, based on the operating conditions of vertical shaft friction hoist, designed the hoist tail rope monitoring and protection device to monitor the operation of the hoist tail rope in real time, and summarized the attention in the operation of the hoist The design of the hoist tail rope monitoring and protection device is based on the operating conditions of the vertical shaft friction hoist.
