摘要 针对煤矿皮带运输机采用传统恒转速控制方式所出现的轻载高速运行等电能耗费问题,对皮带运输机运载量、带速及电能损耗三者间的关系进行了研究,并在此基础上结合变频调速技术设计了一套基于PLC的皮带运输机变频节能控制系统。该系统可通过对运煤量的自动识别自动调节皮带机带速,有效提高了煤矿皮带运输机控制精度及节能效果。 In view of the electrical energy consumption problems such as light load and high speed operation of the traditional constant speed control method used in coal mine belt conveyors, the relationship between belt conveyor load, belt speed and electrical energy loss was studied, and on this basis, a PLC-based belt conveyor frequency conversion and energy saving control system was designed in combination with frequency conversion speed control technology. It can automatically adjust the belt speed of the belt conveyor through the automatic identification of the coal transport volume, which effectively improves the control accuracy and energy-saving effect of the belt conveyor in coal mines.
