钛合金螺栓加工工艺改进

摘要 针对钛合金螺栓加工过程中存在的折断丝锥、排屑困难、内螺纹深度一致性差、工序内容分散、生产周期长等问题,提出了加大固化螺纹工艺底孔尺寸、优化改进丝锥结构、调整内螺纹加工方式、调整热处理传统工艺、优化流程内容等多个方面的优化改进。实践表明,改进后的工艺,提高了产品质量稳定性和生产效率,缩短了加工周期,具有良好的经济性。 In view of the problems existing in the processing of titanium alloy bolts, optimization improvements were proposed in several aspects such as in creasing the size of the bottom hole of the curing thread process, optimizing and improving the tap structure, adjusting the internal thread processing method, adjusting the traditional process of heat treatment and optimizing the process content. Practice showed that eptimized technology improved the stability of product quality and production efficiency, shortened the processing cycle and had good economy.
