无极绳绞车结构特点及安全管理措施

摘要 针对四老沟矿无极绳绞车在使用过程中,由于操作人员对绞车结构及工作原理不了解,导致绞车检修维护不当,绞车频繁出现故障的情况,以井下SQ30/37型无极绳绞车为研究对象,对无极绳绞车主要结构、工作原理以及应用特点进行分析,对无极绳绞车安装运行提出了若干项安全技术要求。实际应用结果表明,四老沟矿在后期辅助运输中,无极绳绞车事故率由原来的17%降低至3%,维修费用减少20余万元,取得显著应用成效。 For the four old ditch mine induction rope winch in the use of the process, due to the operator does not understand the structure and working principle of the winch, resulting in improper maintenance of the winch, winch frequent failures, underground SQ30/37 type induction rope winch as the object of study, the induction rope winch main structure, working principle and application characteristics of the analysis, the induction rope winch installation and operation of a number of safety Technical requirements. The actual application results show that the accident rate of induction rope winch in the late auxiliary transportation of four old ditch mine is reduced from 17% to3%, and the maintenance cost is reduced by more than 200,000 yuan, which has achieved significant application results.
