摘要 随着自然资源管理改革的不断深入,对于业务融合、效能聚合的需求不断扩大,如何运用新技术加强不同部门之间的互联互通是本文研究的重点。为此,奉行“从模型到服务,一切皆服务”的理念,基于地理国情分析研究成果,研究知识模型算法、知识服务容器、知识引擎等相互之间的关系,探索基于服务的流程化定制技术、支持多节点的分布式部署技术、基于XML元数据的表单自动生成技术,设计流程引擎及流程设计器,搭建时空大数据知识引擎系统,为用户打造一站式分析流程体验,对地理国情监测、生态环境监测等部门的研究成果应用具有重要意义,同时为智慧城市时空信息云平台的建设提供坚实的技术支撑。 With the deepening of natural resource management reforms,the demand for business integration and efficiency aggregation expands as well.This paper focuses on how to use new technologies to strengthen interconnection between different departments.Based on the concept of“from model to service,everything is service”and using the research results of geographical conditions,this paper studies the relationships among knowledge model algorithms,knowledge service container,knowledge engine,etc,explores service-based process customization technology,multi-node distributed deployment technology,and XML metadata-based form auto-generation technology.It also discusses the design of a process engine and process designer,as well as a spatio-temporal big data knowledge engine system.To sum up,the system provides a one-stop analysing process experience for users,which is also of great significance to the application of research results in monitoring geographical conditions and ecological environment,and meanwhile provides solid technical support for the construction of spatio-temporal information cloud platform of smart city.
