稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果及对患者血脂水平的影响

Clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease and its influence on blood lipid level

目的观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果及对患者血脂水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年6月汕头市澄海区人民医院收治的冠心病心律失常患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组实施美托洛尔治疗,观察组实施稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,2组均持续用药4周。比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血脂、缺血情况(缺血发生时间、缺血发生次数)、症状积分、心律失常情况及心功能。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组患者的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P=0.048);治疗4周后,2组患者三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL⁃C)水平及胸闷、胸痛、心绞痛积分均低于治疗前,缺血发生时间、心律失常持续时间短于治疗前,缺血发生次数、心律失常发生次数少于治疗前,每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的效果显著,可有效改善血脂水平,预防心室缺血,改善患者心功能,可在临床广泛使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid level.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to Shantou Chenghai District People′s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol,both groups were treated with metoprolol for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,blood lipid level,ischemia index(occurrence time and frequency of ischemia),symptom score,arrhythmia and cardiac function index were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97􀆰50%,higher than 85.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P=0.048).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL⁃C)and the scores of chest distress,chest pain and angina pectoris in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,the occurrence time of ischemia and duration of arrhythmia were shorter than before treatment,and the occurrence times of ischemia and arrhythmia were lower than before treatment,stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than before treatment,and the range of change in observation group was greater than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0􀆰05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol has a significant effect on the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve blood lipid level,prevent ventricular ischemia and improve cardiac function of patients,it can be widely used in clinic.
