水中废弃井封井工艺

摘要 C1井是江汉油田荆州采油厂一口长期废弃,停产长达50年。通过对该井开展安全治理作业方案的优化研究,提出了搭建水上平台的封井施工方案。确保该井得到永久有效封堵,彻底消除安全隐患。C1井成功封井结果表明,方案设计及配套安全风险控制技术可对水中废弃井实施封井工艺,能够有效控制作业安全环保风险,对其他类似井况的废弃井治理具有较高的借鉴意义。 Well Cl is a long-term abandoned well in Jingzhou Oil Production Plant of Jianghan Oilfield,which has been out of production for 5o years.Through the optimization of the safety control operation procedure for thewell,the capping scheme for erection of an above-water platformwas put forward soas to ensure that the well was permanently and effectively closed to eliminate safety hazards.The successful well capping in Well Cl show that the effective scheme design and the supporting safety risk control technology can facilitate the implementation of well capping technology for abandoned wells in water,effectively control operational safety and environmental protection risks,and have high reference significance for the treatment ofotherabandonedwells with similarwell conditions.
