摘要
在页岩气井的开采开发过程中,为提高采收率,让水平段不断的延长,压裂试气阶段工况也愈加复杂,致使水平段套管发生变形的概率也越来越大,严重限制井下工具的下入,影响开采开发进度,制约页岩气井的高效开发。连续油管带压修套技术能够快速、高效的对套变井段进行修复,通过测井得出套变井径参数,采用一系列外径间隔3~5mm的高效复合铣锥,依次对套变井段进行磨铣,控制磨铣后套管壁厚不小于7.45mm,同时利用强磁对井筒碎屑进行清理,形成一套连续油管带压修套技术,达到套管修复、扩径的效果,为后续施工提供必需的井筒条件。
In order to enhance recovery by extending a horizontal section in shale gas exploration development,more complex operating conditions in fracturing and gas testing phases lead to more occurrences of casing deformation in the horizontal section,severely limiting the running of downhole tools,influencing the production process and restricting the effective development of shale gas wells.Pressurized remediation technology with coiled tubing can conduct quick and efficient remediation of the casing deformation section.The logging caliper was used to obtain casing deformation parameters,and a series of efficient composite milling cones were adopted to mill the casing deformed section in turn while using the strong magnetic to clean up borehole debris.A set of pressured remediation technology with coiled tubing is formed to achieve the effect of casing remediation and diameter expansion,affording necessary wellbore conditions for subsequent jobs.
