Analysis on the status quo of exploration rights in Jianghan Oilfield

通过探矿权历史沿革回顾与现状分析,提出探矿权近期以中石化内部流转为主的设想,特别关注大型盆地潜力区、同时开展中小型盆地评价、优选储备有利区块的中长远规划,为油田在新一轮全国探矿权洗牌中抢得先机,实现“万亿方储量、千万吨油田、百亿方产量”发展目标及战略选区快择提供参考。

By reviewing the history of exploration rights and analyzing the status quo,this paper puts forward the idea that the exploration rights should be mainly transferred within Sinopec in the near future.It pays special attention to the potential areas of large basins,carries out the evaluation of small and mediumsized basins at the same time,and optimizes the medium and longterm planning of favorable reserves,so as to take the preemptive opportunities for the oilfield in the new round of reshuffle of exploration rights nationwide.It can provide reference for strategic selection and such development goal as"Trillion cubic meters of reserves,10 million tons of oil fields,and 10 bllion cubic meters of production".
