摘要
加强对年轻干部的廉政教育,有效在思想源头防控风险,是新时代新形势下保障合规经营、提升企业形象、促进队伍建设,加快高质量发展的一道不容回避、函待解决的问题。总结现阶段陵页岩气公司开展年轻干部廉政教育的实践过程和存在问题,通过案例分析、调研问询等方法,提出进一步优化对策,为人才队伍逐渐年轻化的国有企业党风廉政建设提供参考。
Strengthening the integrity education for young cadres to efectively prevent and control risks at the ideological source,is an unavoidable and urgent issue,which has yet to be addressed in the new era to ensure compliance operation,improve corporate image,promote team building,and expedite the development of high quality.This paper summarizes the practice process and existing problems in integrity education for young cadres in Fuling Shale Gas Company at the present stage,and proposes several optimized strategies through case analysis,investigation and inquiry,so as to provide reference for the building of integrity education in state-owned enterprises with gradually younger talent team.
