摘要
在海外石油工程服务项目管理实践中,经常发生中方公司与外方公司、中方员工与外籍员工的文化冲突问题。通过对“跨文化”管理实践中出现的各类情况进行分析和探讨,以期为海外项目跨文化管理提供一些启发和参考。
In the duration of overseas oilfield service project management,cultural conflicts often occur between Chinese companies and foreign companies,Chinese employees and foreign employees.Through the analysis and discussion of all kinds of situations in the practice of cross-cultural management,we hope to provide some inspiration and reference forthe cross-cultural management of overseas projects.
