烧结厂节能减排生产实践

摘要 为了响应“十四五”节能减排要求,提高企业综合竞争力,烧结厂通过采取降低固体燃料消耗、漏风治理、降低返矿率、提高余热回收效能、大型风机变频改造及脱硫灰循环利用等措施实现节能减排目标,取得了较好的经济效益。 In response to energy conservation and emissions reduction requirements of"The 14th Five-Year Plan",and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise,the Sintering Plant have reached energy conservation and emission reduction goals,and achieved good economic benefit for the plant,by adopting series of measures,such as reducing the solid fuel consumption,air leakage control,reducing the ore return rate,increasing the recovery efficiency of the waste heat,reforming of the inverter for big fan,and recycling of the desulfurization ash.
