Application of Laser Distance Measuring Device in Coke Charging System of CDQ Electric Locomotive

在干熄焦装焦生产系统中,通过对激光测距装置的改良应用,在现有传统定位开关的基础上,增加安全联锁装置,提高电机车焦罐定位精确性,设置异常时停机联锁,提高干熄焦生产安全性。

In the CDQ coke charging production system,through the improvement and application of the laser measurement device,an interlock device is added to improve the positioning accuracy of the coke tank of the electric car on the basis of the existing traditional positioning switch.The interlock is set to stop the locomotive once abnormal occurs,the safety of CDQ production is therefore improved.
