摘要
分析当前的炉料结构特征以及在此结构条件下的炉料性能价格,结果表明,目前的炉料结构为68%烧结矿+14%球团矿+18%块矿,高炉入炉熟料率72%,综合入炉品位TFe58.00%左右,高炉入炉炉料综合性能价格由高到低分别为烧结矿、球团矿、块矿。结合高炉炉料结构优化的发展方向以及大比例球团矿成功冶炼的实例,总结大比例球团矿冶炼优势,对后续高炉炉料结构的优化、企业的降本增效具有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the property of the current furnace burden structure and its cost and performance.The results show that the blast furnace clinker rate is 72%,and the current furnace burden structure contains 68%sinter,14%pellet,and 18%lump ore.The comprehensive charging grade TFe is about 58.00%and the comprehensive properties and prices of the furnace burden are:sinter,pellet and lump ore from high to low.Combined with the development of furnace burden structure optimization and successful examples of large proportion pellets,which has guiding significance for the optimization of the burden structure of other blast furnace as well as the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise.
