浅谈炼铁数字化转型实践及实施过程管理

摘要 加快物联网、大数据等数字技术应用,是推动南钢转型升级的重要途径。2017年,铁前开始推进数字化转型实践,按照“产线设备自动化、业务管理信息化、岗位工位无人化、运营决策智能化”总体目标,以“先提升完善现场自动化水平,再分步实现智能制造”主体思路,遵从合理规划、分步实施原则,开始从高炉抓渣行车等单体设备的一系列改造试点,逐步发展到铁区一体化智能管控系统的建设,炼铁的数字化水平与生产稳定性取得明显进步,高炉燃料比显著降低,冶炼水平居行业先进水平。在数字化转型过程中,通过对数字化项目投用之初的效果进行统计分析,发现80%以上的项目实际效果与建设目标存在一定的差距,需要组织现场专业人员进行跟踪分析,提出有效改进措施进行改进完善;过程中也在思考,如何改变这一突出现象,实现数字化项目快速达效。文章简要介绍南钢炼铁(高炉、烧结)数字化转型实践及实施过程的管理经验。 Accelerating the application of digital technology such as Internet of Things and big data is a key strategy for promoting NISCO's transformation and upgrading.From 2017,Iron-making Business Unit began to promote the practice of digital transformation.According to the overall objective of"Automation of production line equipment,informationization of business management,unmanned posts and workstations,and intelligent operation and decision-making",based on the main idea of"first improving the automation level on site,then realizing intelligent manufacturing step by step",Iron-making Business Unit followed the principle of rational planning and detailed implementation.A series of reform pilot projects for single equipment such as blast furnace slag-catching cranes are initiated and the integrated intelligent management and control system for the iron industry are gradually developed,so the digital level and production stability of iron-making have made obvious progress,the fuel ratio of blast furnace has been reduced significantly,and the ironmaking capability is in the advanced level of the industry.In the process of digital transformation,through the statistical analysis of the initial effects of digital projects,it is found that,for more than 80%projects,there is always a discrepancy between the actual effect and the construction goal.As a result,it is needed to organize professional on-site engineers to follow up the analysis and propose effective improvement strategies.This paper briefly introduces NISCo's management experience of digital transformation practice and implementation process in iron-making field(blast furnace,sintering).
