摘要
为精简涤纶织物染整加工的流程,提高生产效率,利用高耐碱分散染料,将完成碱减量再染色的传统工艺简化为碱减量与染色一浴工艺,并对工艺的可行性进行分析,探究耐碱分散染料在不同质量浓度NaOH溶液中的稳定性、染浴中涤纶低聚物对涤纶染色性能的影响以及涤纶纤维变化对染色性能的影响。结果表明:耐碱分散染料的耐碱性能优异,可以用于碱减量与染色一浴工艺;染色过程中不断累积的碱减量物对染色性能没有影响;当染料用量一致时,传统工艺和碱减量与染色一浴工艺的染色结果呈现出较高的一致性;碱减量后涤纶纤维因受到碱蚀刻,表面产生的沟槽和凹坑以及纤维细度的减小可能影响织物颜色,其中纤维细度是影响完成碱减量的织物颜色深度发生变化的主要因素。
In order to shorten the traditional process of dyeing and finishing process of polyester fabrics and improve production efficiency, the traditional process of alkali reduction and redyeing was simplified to alkali reduction and one bath dyeing process with high alkali resistant disperse dyes. The feasibility of the new process was analyzed. The stability of alkali resistant disperse dyes in NaOH solutions with different mass concentrations, the influence of polyester oligomers in the dyeing bath on their dyeing properties, and the influence of polyester fiber changes on their dyeing properties were investigated. The results show that the alkali resistant disperse dyes have excellent alkali resistance and can be used in alkali reduction and one bath dyeing process. The alkali reduction accumulated continuously in the dyeing process has no effect on the dyeing performance. When the dosage of dyes is the same, the dyeing results of traditional process and one bath process show high consistency. After alkali reduction, the grooves and pits on the surface of polyester fiber due to alkali etching and the reduction of fiber fineness may affect the color of fabric, among which fineness is the main factor affecting the color depth of fabric after alkali reduction.
