摘要
采用田口试验正交表和信噪比理论,研究送风口高度、送风温差、送风速度等设计变量对碰撞射流通风(impinging jet ventilation, IJV)各项性能(如头足温差、吹风感、呼吸区空气龄、送风能量利用系数)的影响,给出了单一指标达到最佳时设计变量的组合关系。以降低头足温差、吹风感、呼吸区空气龄和提高送风能量利用系数为目标进行多参数优化,利用灰色关联分析得到使IJV整体通风性能达到最优的设计变量匹配组合关系,并通过方差分析确定了各设计变量对IJV整体通风性能影响的显著性。通过试验对所获得的最佳设计变量组合进行合理性验证。
By using the Taguchi method and related signal-to-noise ratio theory,the influences of design variables such as supply height,supply temperature difference and supply velocity on the ventilation performance were investigated for the impinging jet ventilation(IJV)system.The ventilation performance were measured by temperature difference between the head and ankle level(Δt),draught discomfort(D_(r)),age of air in the breathing zone(τ_(bz))and energy utilization coefficient(η).The optimal combinations of the studied design variables forΔt,D_(r),τ_(bz) andηwere determined by means of single-factor tests,respectively.Multi-objective optimization was conducted for the purpose of reducing the values ofΔt,D_(r) and τ_(bz),and increasing the value ofη.The optimum combination of the design variables corresponding to the best overall ventilation performance was determined by applying the grey correlation analysis.The significance of the influences of each variable on the overall ventilation performance was determined and ranked through the analysis of variance.A confirmatory test was carried out to verify the rationality of the obtained optimal combination of the design variables.
