摘要
文章以OECD发布的社会与情感能力项目(SSES)中3633份小学问卷为分析样本,从个人、家庭、学校三方面分析影响小学生考试焦虑的影响因素。研究发现:(1)苏州学生存在考试焦虑情况;(2)社会与情感能力有助于缓解学生的考试焦虑;(3)积极的师生关系和社会情感能力培养可以形成化解考试焦虑的有效机制。基于此,应设立专项的社会与情感能力课程体系,并在日常教学中重视社会与情感能力的培养,将社会与情感能力的培养目标与营造良好师生关系理念融合,在“双减”背景下转变旧有的唯认知观念。
With 3633 primary school questionnaires from the Survey on the Social and Emotional Skill(SSES) project released by OECD as the analysis sample, we analyzed the influencing factors affecting primary school students’ test anxiety from three aspects: individual, family, and school. The study found that:(1) test anxiety does exist among Suzhou students;(2)social and emotional skill helps to alleviate students’ test anxiety;(3) positive teacher-student relationships and social-emotional skill can form an effective mechanism to dissolve test anxiety. Based on this, a special social and emotional skill curriculum should be set up;the cultivation of social and emotional skill should be emphasized in daily teaching;the goal of cultivating social and emotional skill should be integrated with the concept of creating a good teacher-student relationship, so as to change the old cognitive concept in the context of “double reduction”.
