摘要
家校园共育视角下,高职院校通过建设社区教育示范基地,联合幼儿园进行融合教育家园共育,有利于幼儿园顺利开展融合教育家长工作,有利于高职院校幼师生提高融合教育家长工作能力,有利于融合教育幼儿的全面发展,有利于提升家长融合教育能力。经调查研究后笔者将融合教育的特殊需要幼儿家长类型分为:研究型、依赖型、不承认型、不配合型、幼儿刚被确诊型和陪读型。将普通幼儿家长类型分为:介意型和包容型。高职院校与幼儿园针对不同类型的家长采取不同的工作策略,有效促进融合教育幼儿的健康成长。
From the perspective of family and campus co-education, higher vocational colleges, by building a community education demonstration base and cooperating with kindergartens to carry out integrated education and home co-education, are conducive to the smooth implementation of integrated education parents’ work in kindergartens, the improvement of parents’ work ability in integrated education for teachers and students of higher vocational colleges, the comprehensive development of integrated education children, and the improvement of parents’ integrated education ability. After investigation and research, the author divides the types of parents of children with special needs in integrated education into various types: research type, dependent type, non-recognition type, mismatched type, newly diagnosed type and accompanying type. The parents of ordinary children are divided into two types: caring type and inclusive type. Higher vocational colleges and kindergartens adopt different working strategies for different types of parents to effectively promote the healthy growth of children with integrated education.
