Constructing the Evaluation System of Foreign Language Courses With Ideological and Political Contents in Colleges and Universities Based on CIPP Evaluation Model

摘要 随着课程思政建设的推进,对建设效果的评价成为推动其内涵式发展的关键环节。文章基于CIPP评价模式,立足于课程思政建设的共性以及外语类课程思政建设的特性,从背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、成效评价四个方面构建了外语类课程思政评价体系,共计11个一级指标,28个二级指标,并在每个二级指标下设置多个观测点。该指标体系对于外语类课程思政建设的考核评价具有一定的适用和参考价值。 With the advancement of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, the evaluation of the construction effect has become the key link to promote its connotative development. Based on CIPP evaluation model and the commonness of ideological and political construction of courses and the characteristics of ideological and political construction of foreign language courses, this paper constructs the evaluation system for this from four aspects: background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and effectiveness evaluation. There are 11 first level indicators and 28 second level indicators in total, and multiple observation points are set under each second level indicator. The index system has certain application and reference value for the evaluation of ideological and political construction of foreign language courses.
