摘要
大学生作为国家未来的建设者和接班人,其体质健康与否直接影响到国家未来的发展。当前我国大学生体质健康出现了不断下滑的趋势,而运动训练是提升身体健康的最佳途径,因此,如何通过加强大学生运动训练来提高大学生的身体素质,是当前体育学界研究的热点话题。文章首先分析了当前大学生的健康状况,剖析了大学生体质健康下降的原因,然后在此基础上,针对问题提出了促进大学生体质健康的策略。
As the future builders and successors of the country, college students’ physical health directly affects the future development of the country. At present, the physical health of college students in China is declining, and sports training is the best way to improve physical health. Therefore, how to improve the physical quality of college students by strengthening college students’ sports training is a hot topic in the current sports academic research. The article first analyzes the current health status of college students, analyzes the reasons for the decline of college students’ physical health, and then on this basis, puts forward strategies to promote college students’ physical health.
