高校教育管理改革路径研究

改革高校教育管理工作可以精细化满足学生成长成才需求、精确化分配高校教育教学资源、精准化契合社会多元人才标准、全方位满足高校自我优化的需要。当前,高校教育管理中存在协同性缺乏、耦合性不强、实效性欠佳、统筹性不足等问题。高校应构建教育主体协同机制,强化多元联动;结合学生各阶段需求开展针对性育人,强化教育管理针对性与实效性;并提升服务意识,从侧重管理走向服务、从相对封闭走向开放多样;着力打通信息共享融合渠道,切实构建高校教育管理新生态,帮助学生成长为符合社会需求的优秀人才。

The reform of college education management can meet the needs of students’ growth and development in a refined way, allocate college education and teaching resources accurately, meet the social multiple talent standards accurately, and meet the needs of colleges and universities for self-optimization in an all-round way. At present, there are some problems in college education management, such as lack of coordination, weak coupling, poor effectiveness, and insufficient overall planning. In order to focus on management to service and be relatively closed to open and diverse, efforts should be made to open up information sharing and integration channels, effectively build a new ecology of college education management, and help students grow into outstanding talents meeting social needs.
