摘要
目的:研究喷砂、浓硫酸、激光和硅涂层4种表面处理方法对聚醚醚酮冠桥材料与树脂水门汀粘接性能的影响。方法:将210个聚醚醚酮冠桥材料(BioPAEKⓇ)试件按表面处理方法不同随机分为5组(n=42):对照组、喷砂组、浓硫酸组、激光组以及硅涂层组。经表面处理后,记录表面粗糙度,扫描电镜观察表面形貌并进行能谱元素分析。树脂试件粘接于聚醚醚酮冠桥材料上,经过24 h、30 d水浴后测试剪切粘接强度。结果:浓硫酸组的粘接强度最大,与喷砂组、硅涂层组没有统计学意义(P>0.05),而这三组明显优于对照组、激光组(P<0.05)。激光组的粘接强度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浓硫酸、喷砂或硅涂层处理能给与优异的表面处理,可提高聚醚醚酮冠桥材料与树脂水门汀的粘接强度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of various surface pretreatments and adhesive systems on shear bond strength of resin cement to polyetheretherketone materia,providing a theoretical basis for better clinical application.Methods:Totally 210 BioPAEKⓇspecimens were diveded into 5 groups to receive the following pretreatments(n=42):no pretreatments,sandblasting,sulfuric acid,Er:YAG laser and silica coating.Surface roughness(SR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)evaluations were conducted after mechanical pretreatments for topographical surface evaluations.Specimens were cemented using adhesive resin cement.All cemented specimens were placed in distilled water for 24 h and 30 d,and were submitted to a shear bond strength test in a universal testing machine.The fracture interfaces of the specimens were examined by the stereomicroscopy,and failure models of bonding were analyzed.Results:The surface treatment showed a significant effect on the bond strength.Surface treatment with sulfuric acid showed higher shear strength values compared to all tested groups.Sulfuric acid group and sandblasted group,silica coating were not statistically different(P>0.05),and three groups had significantly difference than other groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between control group and Er:YAG laser group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surface of polyetheretherketone materia treated by sulfuric acid,sandblasted or silica coating group can improve the bond strength.
