固定正畸患者菌斑控制状况及相关因素分析

Plaque control status and related factors in fixed orthodontic patients

目的:影响固定正畸患者菌斑控制的相关因素分析。方法:选取2021年10月~12月在口腔正畸科复诊的204例使用普通金属托槽矫正的患者作为研究对象,进行自制问卷调查、初次检查记录菌斑指数及口腔健康教育,1个月后复诊进行第2次菌斑指数的检查记录。通过t检验、方差分析和一般线性回归模型对研究对象的菌斑指数进行统计分析。结果:初次菌斑指数为(1.82±0.83),经口腔健康教育后菌斑指数为(1.42±0.69),回归分析显示影响固定正畸患者菌斑控制的相关因素有性别、年龄、居住地、矫正时间、刷牙次数、刷牙时间。结论:有效的健康教育和菌斑显示剂检查可提高正畸患者的口腔保健意识,调动自我口腔保健积极性。加强对青少年、男性、居住地在农村的正畸患者的口腔健康教育。

Objective:To analyze the related factors affecting plaque control in patients with fixed orthodontics.Methods:A total of 204 patients who were revisited in the Department of Orthodontics from October to December 2021 and were corrected with ordinary metal fixed orthodontics were selected as the research objects,and self-made questionnaires,dental plaque detection and oral health education were conducted,and the re-examination was performed one month later.Statistical analysis of the plaque index of the research subjects was carried out by t test,analysis of variance and general linear regression model.Results:The initial plaque index was(1.82±0.83),and the plaque index after oral health education was(1.42±0.69).The regression analysis results showed that the related factors affecting the plaque control of fixed orthodontic patients were gender,age,residence ground,orthodontic time,brushing times,and brushing time.Conclusion:Effective health education and plaque display agent examination can improve the oral health awareness of orthodontic patients and mobilize their enthusiasm for oral health care.Strengthen oral health education for adolescents,males,and orthodontic patients living in rural areas.
