认知行为疗法对灼口综合征女性患者焦虑抑郁的疗效评价

Effect of cognitive behavior therapy on anxiety and depression of female burning mouth syndrome patients

目的:探讨认知行为疗法对灼口综合征女性患者焦虑抑郁的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年6月于我院口腔科门诊就诊的90例女性灼口综合征患者,分为对照组与认知疗法治疗组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,认知治疗组在此基础上实施认知行为疗法。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者疼痛症状的改善程度,以及焦虑、抑郁状态评分。结果:认知治疗组疼痛改善显著的患者人数多于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预治疗可在一定程度上减轻女性灼口综合征患者焦虑、抑郁状态,有利于疼痛的缓解。

Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on anxiety and depression of female burning mouth syndrome(BMS)patients.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019,90 female patients with BMS who were treated in a top three hospital were selected and divided into control group and cognitive therapy treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine medication and the cognitive behavior therapy group were combined with the routine medication.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 3 months after the treatment.Results:Statistically significant differences(P<0.05)were found between the cognitive behavior therapy group and control group in the change of anxiety and depression scores and pain release.Conclusion:On the basis of routine medication,cognitive behavior therapy can effectively improve the symptom of BMS.
