信息化管理在压力性损伤防治及质量指标监测中的应用

Application of information management in pressure injury prevention and quality indicator monitoring

目的探讨信息化管理在压力性损伤防治及质量指标监测中的应用效果。方法依托中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院护理信息化平台,建立压力性损伤动态评估及护理、压力性损伤分级监控及质量管理、压力性损伤数据收集及统计三大模块,基于循证科学设置质量监测指标,实现压力性损伤的全程、动态、实时管理,比较2018年4~12月(应用信息化管理前)采用传统纸质报表管理,2019年1~9月(应用信息化管理后)采用信息化管理的压力性损伤防治与管理质量。结果与信息化管理前比较,应用信息化管理后,压力性损伤风险评估及上报时间均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);与信息化管理前比较,应用信息化管理后护理人员在压力性损伤评估及上报方面的满意度、在压力性损伤文书质控方面的满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论压力性损伤的信息化管理能减少护理人员工作量,提高满意度,有利于数据的规范化收集和管理,最终有助于保证患者安全。

Objective To explore the effect of information management in pressure injury prevention,treatment and quality indicator monitoring.Methods Relying on the nursing informatization platform of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,three major modules were established for dynamic assessment and care of pressure injury,graded monitoring and quality management of pressure injury,and data collection and statistics of pressure injury,and quality monitoring indexes were set based on evidence-based science to realize the whole process,dynamic and real-time management of pressure injury,comparing the quality of prevention and management of pressure injury from April to December 2018(before the application of informatization management)using traditional paper report management and from January to September 2019(after the application of informatization management)using informatization management.Results Compared with the pre-information management,the time for stress injury risk assessment and reporting were significantly reduced after the application of information management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);compared with the pre-information management,the satisfaction of nursing staff in stress injury assessment and reporting,and satisfaction in stress injury instrument quality control was higher after the application of information management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusions The information management of pressure injury could reduce the workload of nursing staff,improve satisfaction,facilitate the standardized collection and management of data,and ultimately help improve patient safety.
