摘要
受多种因素的影响,制冷压缩机实际性能的变化情况非常复杂。以制冷压缩机制造商所提供的实际性能参数为依据,分析了制冷领域常用的涡旋式、往复活塞式、螺杆式压缩机的制冷量(Q)、输入功率(P)、性能系数(COP)等随蒸发温度(t)、冷凝温度(t)的变化而变化的情况。分析结果表明:t对Q的影响更为明显,t对P的影响更为明显;而t、t的变化对制冷压缩机COP的影响基本上是等效的。因此为了使制冷系统有较高的COP,在制冷系统的设计和运行过程中,降低t和提高t有同等重要的地位。
Affected by many factors, the changes in actual performance of refrigeration compressors are very complicated. Based on the actual performance parameters provided by refrigeration compressor manufacturers, impact of evaporating temperature(t) and condensing temperature(t) on capacity(Q), power input(P), performance coefficient(COP) of a scroll compressor, a reciprocating piston compressor and a screw compressor is analyzed. The results show that the effect of ton Qis more obvious than that of ton Q, and the effect of ton P is more obvious than that of ton P. On the whole, the effect of tchange or tchange on COP of a refrigeration compressor is almost equivalent. Therefore, reducing tis as important as increasing tfor a larger COP in the process of design and operation of the refrigeration system.
