R410A与R404A在中低温变频转子压缩机中的对比试验研究

摘要 本文以转子式压缩机为载体,测试了R410A与R404A在冷凝温度43℃、54.4℃、60℃,蒸发温度-40℃、-23.3℃、-6.7℃,频率为40 Hz、60 Hz、80 Hz条件下的制冷量、功率、排气温度和COP。试验结果表明:在不同频率下,R410A制冷量高于R404A约25%~40%,功率高于R404A约20%~40%,排气温度高于R404A;压缩机频率越高,排气温度差异越明显;在测试条件下,两种制冷剂的COP接近,均在3以下。 This paper introduces the characteristics of R410A and R404A in rotary compressor. The capacity, power, exhaust temperature, COP of R410A and R404A are tested and compared under the condensation temperature of 43 ℃, 54.4 ℃, 60 ℃,evaporation temperature of-40 ℃,-23.3 ℃,-6.7 ℃, frequency of 40 Hz, 60 Hz, 80 Hz. The results show that at different frequencies,the cooling capacity of R410A is 25%~40% higher than R404A, the power is 20%~40% higher than R404A, and the discharge temperature is higher than R404A. The compressor frequency is higher, the difference among discharge temperature is more obvious.The COP of two refrigerants is close to each other, both below 3 under the test condition.
