基于主体的模型及其在公共卫生领域的应用

Agent-based modeling and its applications in public health

随着科技进步,基于主体的模型逐渐成为解决公共卫生领域复杂问题的良好工具。相比国外,国内对于该模型的研究与应用相对不足。为了增加国内学者对该模型的了解和应用,本文主要介绍基于主体的模型的相关概念和知识,并从传染病、非传染病和健康行为等方面对基于主体的模型在公共卫生领域的应用进行述评。

With the progress of science and technology, agent-based modeling has gradually become a useful tool for solving complex problems in public health. Compared with foreign countries, the research and application of this model in China are relatively insufficient. In order to increase domestic scholars’ understanding and application of this model, this paper introduces the concepts and knowledge related to agent-based modeling, and reviews the application of agent-based modeling in the field of public health from the aspects of infectious diseases, non-infectious diseases and health behaviors.
