金属管道附近电力杆塔混凝土桩基散流优化研究

摘要 “综合能源共用走廊”的出现使得油气金属管道与电力线路并行的现象越来越多,临近电力杆塔的金属管道易受到高幅值雷击杂散电流的破坏,管道破损甚至燃烧、爆炸的事故屡有发生,研究金属管道的防损防爆措施尤为重要。针对临近金属管道的电力杆塔混凝土桩基的散流问题,提出一种杆塔混凝土桩基外敷导电材料的防护措施。采用有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics建立杆塔桩基散流模型,针对不同“管-塔”间距、外敷半径与面积等影响因素进行仿真计算分析,研究了单桩基外敷散流对管道电位、绝缘层耐压幅值以及接地电阻的影响。仿真结果表明:增大“管-塔”间距会使管道电压数值减小;增加桩基导电材料的外敷半径能减小管道过电压,降低接地电阻;而其外敷面积增大可减小接地电阻,降低管道过电压。本文相关研究和结论可为金属管道与临近杆塔的设计与施工提供参考。 The emergence of the “Integrated Energy Sharing Corridor” has led to an increasing number of oil and gas metal pipelines in parallel with power lines. The metal pipelines adjacent to the power pole tower are vulnerable to high-amplitude lightning strike stray currents. Pipeline damage or even burning and explosion accidents occur frequently. It is especially important to study the damage prevention and explosion prevention measures of metal pipes. A kind of protective measures for the externally applied conductive materials of the tower concrete pile foundation was proposed for the problem of the scattered flow of the power pole tower concrete piles adjacent to the metal pipeline. The finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics was used to establish the pile foundation pile foundation flow model. The simulation calculation and analysis were carried out for different "tube-tower" spacing, external radius and area. The influence of the external flow of single pile foundation on the pipeline potential, the withstand voltage amplitude of the insulation layer and the grounding resistance were studied. The simulation results show that increasing the "tube-to-tower" spacing will reduce the pipe voltage value. Increasing the external radius of the tower foundation conductive material can reduce the pipeline overvoltage and reduce the grounding resistance. The increase in the external application area can reduce the grounding resistance and reduces the overvoltage of the pipeline. The research and conclusions in this paper can provide reference for the design and construction of metal pipes and adjacent towers.
