基于柔性模块化轧机布置的高速线材生产线 被引量:2

High Speed Wire Rod Production Line Based on Flexible Modular Mill Layout

摘要 传统高速线材的高速区大多为10机架精轧机的型式,高速轧制时轧件温升过快,难以实现螺纹钢新国标下的合金减量化,并容易出现产品质量问题。适用于优特钢线材的减定径技术装备一直被国外垄断,无法灵活应对低成本生产普材的需求。为此,引入模块化轧机理念,通过对不同规格及数量的轧机模块选择,灵活应对高速区多种轧制工艺。新型的模块化轧机布置的高线生产线,可以将传统的精轧机组拆分成各种组合,还可以在机组间或模块间任意设置水冷,解决精轧机甩机架、控温轧制、高精度轧制、单一孔型系统等多方面问题。 The high-speed zone of traditional high-speed wire rod is mostly the 10-pass finishing mill.The temperature of the stock rises too fast during high-speed rolling,which makes it difficult to realize the alloy decrement of deformed bar under the new national standard,and is prone to product quality problems.The reducing and sizing technology and equipment suitable for special steel wire rod has been monopolized by foreign countries,which cannot meet the demand of low-cost production of common products.Therefore,the modular rolling mill is introduced to deal with rolling processes in the high-speed zone through selecting rolling mill modules of different specifications and quantities.The high-speed wire production line arranged by the new modular rolling mill can split the traditional finishing mill into various combinations,and can also set water cooling at will between the units or modules,so as to solve the problems of the finishing mill,such as rack rejection,temperature control rolling,high-precision rolling,single pass system and so on.
