摘要
钢铝异种金属激光焊接对实现汽车轻量化技术有重要的意义。分析了钢铝异种金属的焊接性及难点,降低钢铝界面金属间化合物的厚度是改善焊接接头力学性能的关键。综述了优化激光焊接工艺和添加合金元素两个方面提高焊接接头力学性能的研究进展。
Laser welding of steel and aluminum dissimilar metals is of great significance to the realization of automotive lightweight technology. The weldability and difficulties of steel and aluminum dissimilar metals were analyzed. Reducing the thickness of intermetallic compounds is the key to improve the mechanical properties of welded joints. The research progress of optimizing laser welding technology and adding alloying elements to improve the mechanical properties of welded joints was reviewed.
